It is amazing how similar raw materials can be made into different products. This is possible by the different processes taken and other additional materials included. Making of fiberglass insulation sealcoating FL is by natural elements and chemicals. Major components are sand, limestones, waste glass, and ash soda. With added clay, borax and other materials as well.

The chosen type of ingredients each helps to control the production process and achieve the final product. All quantities are measured accordingly and mixed thoroughly. To prevent this, solutions of chemicals are added in the production process. Not only to reduce the generation of static, but also act as protecting coat. Making the end product to be durable and effective in the insulation work. In this process dyes maybe added for the production of needed colour fibres.

Finally, quality checks are done and the products sorted according to their qualities and uses. In a single production, insulation is made for a certain use. Target production is necessary to reduce the wastage of raw materials and unwanted end products. In general, insulation products are used to keep homes warm, for easy application of carpets and ceilings.
